Key Responsibilities Providing crucial support to the CMO and CFO taking an active role by assisting with daily tasks Maintaining and updating merchandising spreadsheets and other databases Updating and maintaining the Stock Management System Managing the new product process Creating and managing supplier purchase orders Managing the Shipping Document process – checking, sending, capturing and managing the full process Providing status reports by updating and tracking stock from supplier to destination Preparing data into requested formats, capturing, checking and summarising data Timely submissions of required reports and data Keeping supplier and logistics files up to date and in order All other administrative duties as requested Ideal Candidate Profile Strong Microsoft skills – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google Sheets Professional level of verbal and written communication skills Combination of passion, commercial knowledge, great communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate work Excellent organisational and time management skills Must be able to self-manage, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Must be able to work in a high-pressure fast paced environment and be able to multitask effectively
