Duties & Responsibilities Applicant must create creditors where necessary and recon creditors at least 10 days prior to an account being due. Applicant must create debtors if required and must recon all Debtors at least 10 days before month end. Responsible for sending outstanding statements each month before month end to the debtors, and follow up on outstanding payment timeously. Applicant must process creditors invoices and load the stock into the system. Applicant must liaise with workshop as well as spares staff, to ensure that stock we have been invoiced has arrived and that it can be processed. Process credit notes once signed off by management. Assist the Admin Manager in creating deal files for finance deals. Assist with the documentation as well as the submission for licence and registration, as well as SAMAR certificates for all bikes where required, for finance as well as cash deals. General Admin duties as per the Administration Manager. Applicants will report directly to the Administration Manager and then to the two directors.
