Materials Manager (Fmcg)

R 50 000 - R 55 000 Monthly A Manufacturing company based in the South of Johannesburg is looking for a Materials Manager. This is a temporary position and the person must be available immediately, must have worked on SAP and must come from FMCG or Logistics.
Duties and Purpose of the role
Optimally managing both Inbound and outbound logistics to achieve customer service levels and enhance profitability. Management of Mill based contracts in partnership with procurement.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

3-year tertiary qualification preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics (B.Com or B Tech)

SAP is a minimum requirement

Experience from FMCG/ Logistics industry is a requirement

Knowledge

Supply Chain management systems
Warehouse & Logistics processes
MRP Systems (SAP)
Customer Service Principles
ISO Systems
MS Office Software Applications
Industrial Relations

Experience
5 years within FMCG Supply Chain or Logistics environment at Management Level
5 years MRP (SAP) Processes
