Job Description The incumbent will provide input to the strategic direction and drive the growth of digital adoption and digital marketing efforts.
They are responsible for driving digital marketing activities and executing our OMiX GRiD (Rewards, Smart Goals, and Digital) marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, product managers, data analytics, and marketing stakeholders to drive digital adoption and go-to-market strategies.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across platforms, marketing, communication, and change management to deliver digital solutions and maximize customer utilization.
Identify user challenges in adopting new technologies and develop solutions in partnership with Product Owners for the Rewards, Smart Goals, and Digital portfolios.
Utilize data to inform feature prioritization based on customer needs and demands.
Foster a data-driven culture to enable decision-making and measure return on investment for digital initiatives.
Set KPIs to monitor digital adoption health, analyze metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital solutions and features on the Old Mutual app, web platforms, Rewards, and Smart Goals propositions.
Lead change management efforts for digital adoption, including developing roadmaps, stakeholder communication, risk management, support cultivation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive digital adoption reporting using data analytics for forums such as OMiX GRiD MANCO, GRiD Exco, Business Unit Exco, and Digital Adoption Forum.
Present digital adoption plans, activities, and outcomes to relevant forums.
Implement marketing strategies within budget, prepare detailed campaign proposals, and analyze campaign results for continuous improvement.
