He/she must maximise revenues and He/she also must ensure that relationships between The Collection and all suppliers, remain conducive to profitable business for both parties while managing supplier yield.Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:Marketing diploma or degree – previous 5 star hotel5 - 8 years work experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenComputer Literacy essential, Canva, photoshop and Microsoft OfficePositive attitude, Self-disciplined and motivated team playerAble to handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressureGood Interpersonal skillsDriver's License with own transport preferableA keen eye with attention to detailInternational PR experience advantageousKey performance objectives:Create an overall brand strategy in line with the groups valuesCommunicate the brand strategy, internally and externallyWork on product research and marketing campaignsCreate brand awareness and ensure the brand stays consistent.Build relationships with target audiencesIdentify market opportunitiesExecute marketing initiativesCompilation, co-ordination and implementation of ad-hoc marketing strategies over and above the Strategic Goals should the need arise for a specific strategy in a particular segmentEnsure that all actions included in the Strategic Goals has taken place on a daily, weekly and or monthly basisMonitoring social channels for Daily Guest Reviews (Booking.com | Expedia | TripAdvisor | Google |ResDiary | Facebook)Process monthly invoices and ad-hoc invoices for paymentDesign ads for various publicationsDistribute weekly media/influencer forecastLiaise with Suppliers & Service ProvidersUpdate and mange 3rd party websites with copy, images, videos, menus etc.Marketing Collateral – creating or editing of collateral for printingMonitor brand integrity of all branded items (corporate ID and brand colours)
