We're looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team!This hybrid role combines hands-on campaign execution with a small team leadership component — perfect for someone looking to deepen both their marketing and people management skills.What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.Work closely with freelancers and agency partners to bring campaigns to life.Leverage insights from consumer behaviour and market trends to drive strategy.Oversee day-to-day activities of junior marketers or interns.Track KPIs and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.Collaborate across departments, especially with Sales, to align messaging and lead generation.Support the Managing Director with strategy development and budgeting.What You Bring4+ years of experience in a marketing role.Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.Ability to lead and inspire a small team.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.Experience in mentoring or leading a team.Exposure to product marketing campaigns.Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Canva.A good eye for design and branding.You'll play a key role in shaping the marketing function, contributing to brand growth while developing your leadership capability in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing
