A Cosmetic / Retail Beauty Brand seeks a well experienced Marketing Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Omni-channel and customer engagement strategy for a Southern African beauty brand
• Define and execute strategy around loyalty programs, mobile apps and e-commerce
• Build out and optimise customer relationship marketing platform and customer care
• Manage social media initiatives and production of content
• Manage social media budgets and measure ROI’s across platforms
• Manage use of influencers and eventing to enhance brand awareness
• Manage in-store activations, as well as in-store digital and print campaigns
• Marketing event management
• Grow and develop a small team of 2-3 marketing staff
• Collaborate with Marketing agencies to achieve the company’s marketing KPI’s
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to ensure all digital campaign activities are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured.
Qualifications and experience:
• 10 years experience (a combination of Consulting, Digital Agency and Consumer Products Industry experience at a Senior Marketing level is preferred)
• Omni Channel and Digital Marketing experience essential
