Google Analytics)Experience in Meta Ads Manager will be advantageousMust be able to work confidently with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)Strong working knowledge of social media and community management and schedulingtools/softwareAbility to take the lead and be resourceful in finding appropriate social content opportunitiesKeen interest in interior design and lifestyle brands is essentialOrganised and dependable to meet deadlinesCreative with a keen eye for design, content, and copy work DUTIES Fully grasp the products and the technical knowledge of the brand to effectively position and communicate the Company and their offerings on social media platformsDevelop a monthly social media calendar that will distribute brand content that inspires target audiencesSchedule content to create a consistent flow of new content for audiences to interact with while constantly analysing what works and what doesnt and alter the content calendar where necessaryBuild relationships by listening and engaging in relevant social discussions about the brand, its competitors and industryTactfully capitalize on relevant news stories, trends or hashtagsConstantly monitor competitor brands social media activity and share with key internal stakeholdersDaily monitoring of social media platforms to ensure all comments/messages are responded to in a timely mannerPropose new ideas and concepts for social content to better connect with our audiencesReport on all social media metrics that highlights activity, results, and trends on company platforms, and continually look for new ways to improve on the metrics to guide future social content plans and campaignsCoordinate administration of advertising bookings, tradeshows (for example, Decorex and Scape Emporium Tradeshow), and agency services (ensuring contracts are populated correctly, doing Purchase Orders, filing all documentation on server)Assist the Marketing Manager with maintaining the website (specific to incoming new products, discontinued products, and product price changesAssist the Marketing Manager with monthly newsletters (MailChimp), reporting, and billing Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
