Duties
Database:
Record all cash transactions
Update and maintain company database
Distribute all new incoming enquiries to relevant people
Company Website:
Provide sales with a good quality and user friendly website
Publish fresh content weekly on platforms
Maintain and update information
Improve on the lay-out and information displayed
Renew domain as needed
SEO and Google Analytics, keywords
Advertising:
Assist sales to enjoy maximum exposure with the industry’s largest media forum
Write and or arrange at least 1 featured editorial, press release or product announcement per month
Draw in suppliers to contribute
Email Marketing:
Themed campaigns to target the relevant audience
Send weekly mailshots
To ensure a training mailshot are sent
Research themes for potential marketing campaigns
Export new monthly database lists in Everlytic
Social Media:
Improving on the organic search engine optimization as well as building industry awareness.
Company Facebook Page to be approach with a social profile strategy
Post weekly mailshots on company profiles
Grow company connections
Share all posts on all social medial portals
Post weekly on YouTube
Technical videos
Displays:
Keeping the displays up to date
Arrange equipment and installation
Events:
Marketing assist Sales to promote the company and its products through events, expos and product launches etc.
Marketing Material:
provide Sales with the latest and up to date supporting material
Update existing product and company profile brochures
Keep existing PowerPoint presentation up to date
Keep common server, website and Spec file up to date
Add any new product specification sheets and images to the server
Order up to date and display banners and signage
Corporate Identity:
Establish and maintain widespread corporate identity
Design email signatures
Corporate gifting
Staff uniforms, stationary, signage maintenance etc.
Market Research:
Research to ensure company remains ahead of competitors
Analyze competitor ad campaigns and plan accordingly
Budget:
Yearly and quarterly budgets submitted with marketing plans and reconciled throughout the year
Meetings:
Arrange and attend relevant meetings
