You will manage and execute on the marketing and advertising project initiatives as defined by the Marketing Leadership Team and strictly guided by our internal branding guidelines. In addition, you will liaise with marketing research personnel to continually monitor the optimisation of marketing processes. This role reports to the Marketing Director. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the services of the company and elevate its positioning in the market Enhance brand awareness & ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels Assistance with creating and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of ATL channelsWrite, edit and proofread copy to a high standard for marketing campaigns using an excellent implementation of business EnglishQuality assurance including checking for accuracy of marketing materials, mailer links, content copy and artwork before sending for approval Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs and ROI of campaignsMeasuring and reporting on all campaign results Budget planning if necessary, for PPC component of broader campaigns Assist with social media marketing strategy through competitor and audience research Collect and use data to inform new campaigns as well as the evaluation of existing campaigns Daily monitoring of digital campaign performance across Google Analytics, Google Ads, Display, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn and various other exchanges Presenting media proposals, schedules and reports to internal clients Providing performance feedback to creative teams, whether in-house or at partner agencies Briefing team members and stakeholders of projects Conceptualizing solutions to any urgent deployment Support internal stakeholders with drafting appropriate briefs regarding projects and appropriate methods of communicating them on various channels Minimum Requirements Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Science and/or Marketing OR a diploma from relevant advertising and marketing institution Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct marketing communications within a B2B environment Proven track record in direct digital marketing, campaign management, demonstrating an ability to deliver results across the full customer lifecycle Experience in CRM, PPC and digital campaign development Project management Data analysis A master of multi-tasking with the ability to work across more than one campaign at a time A combination of agency and corporate / client side with multi market / global experience
