Marketing Assistant

Your duties will include:
Liaison and coordination with agents and staff that adverts are accurate to their respective developments.
Assisting with implementation and execution of policies and procedures.
Assisting with active ads and campaign. Ensuring accuracy and actioning of changes.
Quality control of online media, ads and campaigns.
Maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Controlling media on all online CRM portals.
Weekly / monthly promotions of adverts as well as keeping track of spend.
Liaising with videographers and photographers to source and implement new media.
Maintain oversight of leads and Pipedrive activities.
Supporting the agents and staff in their media to generate interest and leads.
Actioning and prioritizing requests from upper management.
Adaptation to new strategies, digital channels and any other method to improve internal systems and marketing efforts.
Reporting campaign efficiency back to stakeholders.
Assisting with marketing research and area recons.

Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing or similar
Minimum of 1 years experience in marketing
Computer literate
Drivers and own transport
Attention to detail
Accuracy
Able to work under pressure
