Clovers corporate strategy is to build onto existing competencies within the Group and to establish a culture of exceptional performance with a view to set a platform for future market expansion.Qualifications:MatricMinimum Certificate/Diploma or degree (preferably marketing or communications)Computer literacyExperience:1 - 2 years marketing experienceResponsibilties:Marketing Support:Assist with marketing campaign implementation as directed by Marketing ManagerLiaise with external suppliers and build strong relationshipsAssist with written strategy and presentation documentsReport on activities to internal stakeholdersContinously monitor and report on competitor activity within specifically the Retail space (but not limited to it)Retail Advertising Administration:Liase with account managers on co-ordination of Retail Marketing plans (in collaboration with Marketing Manager & business development manager)Assist in following up on all advertisements required for approvalsDispatch and liase on feedback on advertising approvals / feedbackMatch approved advertising to budget / plan and relevant proof of action (clipping, approved billing, approved invoices)Compile and put together POA with all elements and share with BDM and FitbitAssist with planning and execution of any other relevant Retail marketing activities (i.e. shopping malls promotions)Marketing Administration:Download updated marketing collateral from brand portals when new content is loadedUpload this to Server and Dropbox (where required) and share the link with AMs and marketing teamSend links to retailers/partners upon requestSupport on weekly marketing activity implementationSupport on brand launches / events or other ad hoc activitiesPOP Administration and Merchandising Support:Assist with mapping POP requirements and store listingsLiase with all stakeholders to ensure POP deliveries, dispatch and in-store implementationPOP Maintenance: Implement POP displays and refresh requirements, assist with any troubleshooting / fixture fixingPack & dispatch relevant POS elementsFollow-up on POS deliveryReplenishment orders for POS elementsPOS HQ Maintenance (inventory system)In store supportUpdate & communicate price guidesUniforms, lanyards & name tags: Weekly orders, pack & shipReporting:Ensure that weekly co-op advertising schedule and reports are up-to-date and submitted to the Marketing Manager every Wednesday before COBSubmit Quarterly Marketing Review reports for specific projects as well as overall Retail marketing activity (and co-op advertising tracking) before the QMR submission date each quarterComplete various DG tracking documents as well as any other retail marketing related reports for brand principlesGeneral Administration:Raise Purchase Orders on ERP system for suppliers engaged, or as per request from Marketing managers / co-ordinatorsEnsure invoices received from suppliers for matching POs within time-frame for payment, including invoice sign-offSupport with general / ad-hoc marketing administratioAdministration
