Design and draw appropriate test scenarios and test cases to implement test plans.
Verify that test cases are performed against test plans to enable clear and accurate reporting of test results and progress.
Act as an independent verifier of data against source data and document any discrepancies.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies.
Maintain and provide controls for multiple test software and hardware baselines.
Establish and implement testing framework, methodologies, processes, standards and plans for effective testing and integration.
Establish a scorecard, focused on the implementation, measuring and management of the testing framework, methodologies, processes and plans.
Manage and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive adherence to the testing framework, methodologies, processes and standards.
Manage regular testing audits.
Provide stakeholder feedback on projects, testing requirements and the alignment thereof to the technical and system specifications
Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
Support the presentation and formal review or audit of test results, providing briefing and decision supporting material.
Service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction:
Maintain service, quality and desired outputs within a specific functional process through ensuring compliance to tactical policies, procedures and standards.
Establish productive operational relationships with key stakeholders in the various channels and administrative teams.
Develop work routines in line with operational plans / schedules in order to manage achievement of service delivery goals.
Share knowledge on, and participate in the creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery.

Knowledge ,exeprince and skills:
Relevant Information Technology Diploma/Degree.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a software testing environment.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role.
