Minimum Requirements

National Diploma Technical

Experience:

5 years related (2 years as Unit Controller post qualification, 2 years in a Supervisory position and 1 year as Senior Controller or similar technical exposure)

Planning
Understanding of operating processes

Key Responsibilities

Manage Human Resources activities
Manage the continuity of supply without jeopardizing plant and safety of personnel and to meet production requirements
Manage operating related incident investigations as delegated
Manage the safety risk management programme
Manage any emergency and emergent work while on shift
Control budget as cost centre owner
