Description:

We need an operations management expert who understands and can define the operational requirements needed to execute the ooba Home Loans sales Strategy.
The role is suitable for skilled collaborator-executer who is capable of taking both a 30 000 feet helicopter view of the sales OPS function, and get their hands dirty at a transactional level. The role will also encompass accountability for representing the business perspective in regard to the development and progress of ooba's systems, tools, products and technology, and will require collaboration with ooba's Strategic Business Enablement and Marketing Teams.
Based at ooba's Head Office in Cape Town, the Manager: Home Loans Sales Operations will work in close partnership with the Head of Home Loans and Head of Sales to drive the development and implementation of the ooba Home Loans sales operations strategy. This role will also require close collaboration with ooba's Provincial Sales Managers, including in regard to their operational and premises requirements.

Required Qualification & Experience
Extensive operations management experience in a highly sales-driven environment
Experience in engaging in regard to the implementation of systems and appropriate change management

Sales Operations Strategy: Formulating, designing and delivering an operational effectiveness strategy and implementation plan with clear milestones and measurements that will support the execution of the National Sales Strategy
Operational Effectiveness and Productivity, Systems and Tools: Optimised sales processes and supporting enablement; Forecasts and budgets; Compensation and incentive design, implementation plan, and governance structures; High performance culture and demonstrable Sales Force productivity; Delivery partner integration, contacting and accountability; CRM
