  Duties:   Lead the creation of robust feature stores to support AI/ML model development.
Develop semantic models for enhanced analytics and reporting.
Ensure the alignment of data engineering solutions with analytics platforms.
Uphold best practices in data engineering and governance.
Foster collaboration and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance data-driven insights.
Requirements Completed an Honors Degree or higher in a relevant field.
Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role within an analytical team.
Experience working with AWS technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and the ability to deliver complex analytical requirements.
Experience managing senior and executive-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Hands-on experience with data pipelining tools such as Apache Airflow or AWS Glue.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Hadoop and Kafka.
Experience with version control tools like GitHub or Git.
Ability to simplify and make complex data easy to understand.
Build and extend trust with stakeholders.
Strong planning and execution skills with a drive for excellence.
