The G Band Manager: Cloud Services role based within Technology Business Unit.
The role of the Manager: Cloud Services is to provide the management and technical lead in
theteam responsible for Enterprise Cloud Services to ensure high quality, effective and efficient delivery within the Cloud Services division based in MidrandYour Responsibilities will include:
To develop and enhance tools, processes and applications that will identify and address problems and optimise delivery against targets
To evaluate new technology solutions through research, analysing and testing
To produce management reports and ensure standard documentation is completed (e.g. project documentation, tracking, , audit reports )
To co-ordinate and lead Technical projects to deliver within time and cost
Network and collaborate with all stakeholders(internal and external) to ensure an understanding of key business issues, requirements and drivers
Input into divisional strategy and align department technical plans with strategy. Interface with Vodafone to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Clearly defined plans to execute strategy.
Provide full Business case for new initiatives
Ensure continuous improvement and improved efficiencies in technical environment
Ensure technical competencies of the team are improved/aligned to new developments and strategies
Manage Technical contracts and vendors
Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
