PhD in cell biology or stem cell biology or tissue engineering or a related discipline registered with the HPCSA, OR MBChB, FCP Haematopathology / equivalent HPCSA registration, OR MBChB with laboratory experience and HPCSA registration.Clinical management of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the management of related laboratory teams, including but not limited to cryopreservation and flow cytometry.Experience in the growth and culture of human cells.Experience in quality systems implementation and relevant accreditations, including but not limited to those related to cGLP, cGMP and GCTP (Good Gene, Cellular, and Tissue-based Products Manufacturing Practice).Experience in the establishment of new laboratoriesManagement and development of a laboratory team.
