Manager: Business Operations

Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Life Solutions, Advice Led Broker area.  We are looking to recruit an Manager: Business Operations.
  Role Objectives:   The Manager: Business Operations is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic projects, initiatives, and partnerships within the insurance value chain.
The role focuses on driving operational excellence through automation, digitisation, and process optimisation, ensuring alignment with Hollard's customer-centric and efficiency-driven objectives.
  Key Responsibilities:   1.
Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives and concerns.

Strategic Implementation: o Develop and implement projects that enhance Hollard's brand, customer experience, and business proposition.
o Identify opportunities for non-core business outsourcing to optimise costs and improve service delivery.
  3.
Project and Initiative Management: o Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, enhancements, and initiatives within the Advice-Led portfolio.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  4. Business Proposal Development: o Prepare and present business proposals and cases to secure approval and funding for key initiatives.
o Provide input into business requirements and support testing processes to validate solutions.
  5.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: o Track, analyse, and report on the performance of implemented projects and initiatives.
o Recommend adjustments and improvements based on performance insights and feedback.
  6.
Financial and Operational Oversight: o Align projects with financial, operational, and service delivery goals to support sustainable growth.
  7.
Contribute to business planning processes and ensure cost containment measures are effectively implemented
