Responding to quality review findings and technical updates Participation in the facilitation of training. Assist with mapping out planned deadlines for the department as a whole with regard to various audit teams to which they provide support. Manage relationships with key audit teams that are supported by the COE. Interact directly with clients, virtually. Attend meetings with the front-line engagement teams, virtually. Together with the supervisors, collaborate with the SDC to perform the non-judgemental work. Assist in performance feedback process. Assist with WIP management and other monthly administration. Manage work allocation by: Preparing budgets for new clients; Allocation of new requests to staff; Monitor correspondence with regard to requests that are in progress; ?
