? Drive high quality and timely business implementation by supporting the Team Leader with implementing operating policies and processes Leading delivery of the activity from a people, client service, quality and efficiency perspective. Managing a large team of people, including development, coaching and mentoring. Overseeing, monitoring and evaluating the quality of work performed by Supervisors (Senior Associates) and Performers (Associates) – including: Coaching, supervising and mentoring your activity supervisors to drive continuous improvement within their performer teams. Assist with the review of audit work performed. Driving understanding of and compliance with activity technical and other operational requirements. Responding to quality review findings and technical updates Participation in the facilitation of training. Assist with mapping out planned deadlines for the department as a whole with regard to various audit teams to which they provide support. Manage relationships with key audit teams that are supported by the COE. Interact directly with clients, virtually. Attend meetings with the front-line engagement teams, virtually. Together with the supervisors, collaborate with the SDC to perform the non-judgemental work. Assist in performance feedback process. Assist with WIP management and other monthly administration. Manage work allocation by: Preparing budgets for new clients; Allocation of new requests to staff; Monitor correspondence with regard to requests that are in progress; ? Excellent people skills, including motivating and coaching supervisors and staff. Strong leadership skills, with experience of working with diverse backgrounds and levels of professional experience. Analytical and solution driven. Strong written and oral communications skills, at all levels. Solid understanding of audit methodology and up to date technical knowledge of key audit areas. The ability to think creatively and innovate with new solutions. Strong planning, time management and organisation skills. Pro-active and self-motivated. Detail orientated, and deadline driven. Punctual, flexible and responsive. Enthusiasm and passion to deliver exceptional client service. Good interpersonal and client liaison skills.
