Qualifications:
BCom
CIMA
Experience:
2 - 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
Manufacturing experience is essential
Pastel experience essential
Duties include:
Financial Analysis
Cash Flow Forecast and Analysis
Review Budgets and Forecasts (including variance and trend analysis)
Monthly Analysis (reporting of operation results and financial controlling)
Costings (calculations)
Cost Analysis
Capital Expenditure Analysis
Cash Book Management
Debtors
Creditors
Sales Forecasting
Stakeholder engagements (supplier, client, and auditors)
Oversee Payroll (outsourced)
Evaluating, analysing, and documenting cost saving & improvement suggestions
Other:
Support the Business Directors in a proactive manner, ensuring that the internal department relationships are properly maintained
Good knowledge of sound internal controls
Manage work efficiently and effectively
Always perform high quality of work / have a strong / high work ethic
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective internal and external relationship building via good communication
Ensuring an effective control of company costs and assets
Good time management and priority setting skills
Must be able to take ownership and accountability of / for tasks
Must have a questioning / probing mind
Responsible for assisting with any financial audit requirements or compliance work
