Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description: Supervise team members.Effective shop floor planning.Spare parts control.Continuous development of artisans and assistant on all plant equipment.Job Requirements: Grade 12 and NQF Level 6 qualification Mechanical Engineering.Qualified Millwright/ Fitter.Minimum 3-5 years plant equipment maintenance with a press and assembly experience in the automotive manufacturing environment.Extensive knowledge on Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.Knowledge required:Full ability to understand all hydraulic/pneumatic & mechanical drawings pertaining specifically to plant machinery.Control/pressure relief/safety hydraulic valve experience.Quality specifications and systems.Rigging.Basic engineering repair knowledge. Computer literate.Hydraulic/ mechanical seal knowledge or application.Torquing of bolts and nut.Presenting and writing reports.Discipline and grievance procedures.
