Planning & Scheduling - Develop a robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedule Work Order Management - To process, Prioritize and issue ordersInventory & Resource Management - Manage a strategic stock of critical spare parts and high wear components.Technical documentation & compliance - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activitiesAnalysis & Continuous Improvement - Perform root cause analysis for significant equipment failures and provide insightCollaboration & Communication - Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and H&S teams to align maintenance activities with the factorys operational goals Prepare detailed work scope for each task Review completed work orders for quality and completionCoordinate procurement to source necessary materials , ensuring cost effectiveness.Track and report maintenance KPIs such as equipment availability, mean time between failures(MTBF), and maintenance backlogPrepare monthly reports on maintenance performance , presenting finding and recommendations to senior management Establish targets for maintenance productivity and cost reduction , working towards continuous performance improvement
