Maintenance Person

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to take care of day-to-day maintenance duties across the Paarden Eiland area.
This is a hands-on, full-time permanent role for someone who knows how to get the job done properly and efficiently—no fuss, no excuses.Key Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance tasks in and around the Paarden Eiland areaCement mixing, patching, painting, and small repair jobsIdentify and report infrastructure issues in the areaAssist with urgent or clean-up duties as they ariseProvide basic reports using a computer or smartphoneRequirements:Valid driver's license is essentialMust know how to mix cement and paintComfortable working outdoors and being physically activeComputer literate – able to take and send photos, write short reports, use email or WhatsAppCan work independently and finish tasks without needing to be micromanagedWhat We're Looking For:A dependable, proactive personPhysically fit and capable of manual workTakes pride in keeping the environment clean and maintained This is a permanent position based in Paarden Eiland.
