CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage and administer the process of Maintenance- and Support Services at the George campus, including service requests from call logging to call closure; monitoring of progress of service requests; continuous communication with stakeholders; and administrative support.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Manage the Maintenance Services process (including monitoring and follow up of Maintenance – and support services job requests)
Manage delivery standards and escalations
Communicate with important stakeholders and service providers
Provide management information to management
Administer the procurement and financial processes form purchasing order to payment.

REQUIREMENTS
National Diploma in Communication and/or Public Relations and/or Customer Care and/or Office Administration or other suitable qualification
Three years’ experience with stakeholder communication and/or;
Three years’ experience in a helpdesk environment; and/or
Three years’ experience with customer service delivery and
Experience with using Microsoft Office products
Three years’ experience in an office administration environment.
Experience related to administration of maintenance and support service related job requests at an institution of higher learning will be an added advantage.
