Job DescriptionSPEED - Manage performances and ensuring targets are met for machine setters. Ensuring customers' requirements are met and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintenance and repair of 2nd stage Drums expander heads and 1st stage drums Repair and pre-build bladders in machine setters' workshop for 1st stage building machines Maintenance if tyre building equipmentCOST - Manage supplies & resources cost effectively. Capital Expenditure - Creation of Capital request Controlling LDC &MDC cost for dept Ordering of equipmentCorrective actions to reduce scrapQUALITY - Quality awareness for machine setters on all EquipmentInvolved with Internal and External Customer AuditsEnsure that 1st GT build after change is conforming to Quality standardsTooling - design, manufacture and implementation requirements are aligned and suitable for achieving product requirementsProduct allocationImplement actions to improve virgin warehouse yieldEnsuring customers' requirements are met and ensuring customer satisfactionMaintenance and repair of 2nd stage expander heads and 1stage drumsMORALE - Coaching, mentoring and disciplining of employees Handling conflict Counselling for Poor AbsenteeismContinuous improvementTraining of personnel on set-upHEALTH & SAFETY - Ensure compliance with Government Regulations.
