M2M Sales Operationa Manager

Requirements:Degree5 years relevant experience2 years Management experienceTelecommunications experienceDuties:Performance analysis & reporting of the M2M LoB including customer level analysis, sales person performance analysis, pipeline management tracking coverage, close rates & general dashboard metrics (South Africa & other operating companies where M2M is delivered). Support the M2M executive in monthly, quarterly reviews and annual planning.Governance management for M2M bids to ensure all aspects are covered for measurements such as profitability, A&R impact, cash flow, 3rd party terms management & other key metrics the business needs to measure; and all the correct stakeholders have approved these relevant bids.Cross functional delivery issues management which impact the time to revenue conversion, the NPS to clients, escalation management and in general Continuous Improvement ProgramsSupport with marketing activities including but not limited to; ECVM campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, channel activations, general marketing materials & activities; and the reporting of ROI for these activities.
