As an M&A Analyst, you will support end-to-end deal execution while developing your expertise in financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, and strategic analysis alongside an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models and company valuations.
Support mergers and acquisitions transactions from origination through to execution.
Conduct financial, commercial, and industry research and analysis.
Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
Liaise with internal teams and clients throughout the deal process.
Job Experience and Skills Required Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record.
Newly qualified or recently completed articles.
Articles completed within a recognised audit or professional services environment.
Demonstrated interest in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuations.
Strong analytical ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
