We're looking for a Property Loss Adjuster with a strong background in Domestic and Commercial claims to join our remote team.What You'll Do:Manage Claims: Handle claims of varying complexity and value.Invoice Processing: Approve estimates within 5 working days.Documentation: Complete site note templates and associated documentation promptly.Data Accuracy: Ensure data is accurate at all times.File Management: Proactively manage files to reduce timescales.Fraud Detection: Identify and refer possible fraud cases.Client Reports: Prepare and approve reports for clients.Customer Updates: Keep clients informed according to SLA's.Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Business Opportunities: Refer identified opportunities to Davies Group.Out of Hours Calls: Handle calls via a pre-set rota.What We're Looking For:Experience: High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.Qualifications: Working towards professional qualifications at a diploma level.Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.Flexibility: Ability to work nationally and on standby during busy times.Education: 5 Grade A-C's GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English.What We Offer:Company Car AllowanceBonus SchemePension: Contribution matched up to 5%Life Assurance: 4 x basic salaryWellness and Health AppDiscounts at £1,000's of retailersTraining and Professional QualificationsAre You a Davies Person?Join us and be part of our exciting journey as we grow and diversify.
