Logistics Supervisor CAPE TOWN, Woodstock - R20 000 Per Month Negotiable Manage all processes involved to ensure the effective and efficient delivery and installation of products Must have drivers licence and be able to work in a high pressure environment Check all POs against Supplier Invoices.Follow up with suppliers to check they on schedule. Update clients and relative sales reps regarding delays, back orders and ETAs telephonically and via email. Damaged, unsold and incorrect orders to be returned to respective suppliers within 7 working days.Effective use of calendars to schedule deliveries and collections.Ensure that all deliveries and installations of shelving are charged for.Telephonic assessment of sites for any complications staircases, bar counters etc.Site inspections are mandatory for all sub-contracted work and complete kitchen orders - report completed site statuses to Manager. Efficient and transparent communication to clients regarding the status of their orders.Communicate effectively with all clients in a professional manner.Stocking of branding materials.Regular stock take.Ad hoc functions
