Details of the offer

Operation Management: Implement and successfully monitor logistics and warehouse management activities (employees, facilities, storage, reporting, health and safety and environmental issues in warehouse)
Administration: Operate in accordance with company policy, procedures and in line with Labour Relations Requirements;
Implement inspection systems/measures allowing for actuate reporting on Move ware;
Employee Management: Set-up and organise the Logistics and Warehouse employees with clearly defined roles, responsibilities and objectives;
Measurement: Monitor and measure employees output and advise Supply Chain Manager of any concerns;
Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly reports for Senior Management;
Liaison: Represent company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements for this role:
Matric + Logistics degree or relevant qualification
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Logistics and or Warehousing in a household and/or office removals environment – local and international
Import and Exports background will be highly beneficial
Proficient computer abilities and high level of administrative skills
Excellent planning ang organising skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Own car and valid drivers’ licence
