Our client is looking for an exceptionally motivated and experienced site research analyst to drive multiple property expansion searches for retail sites. The role will be responsible for building and continuous improvement of sales models, tools and analysis to aid site expansion, macro and micro site analysis.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working in multi-site retail company and this will be with a grocery/food retailer preferably in the convenience sector.
- Have strong analytical skills, and familiarity with relevant data packages and companies. They will be able to build differentiated models for predicting sales, and develop and improve them as sales data becomes available.
- Be able to construct a data based approach to site selection at the national, macro and micro level with outputs being a methodology to build national expansion strategies, a network plan of target locations, supporting tools for micro site selection and post investment tools to help drive data-based-learnings to improve performance.
