Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Attorneys within the Banking Law and Litigation departmentsDraft, format, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondenceMaintain and organise case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlinesManage Attorneys' diaries and appointmentsLiaise with third parties, including Court Officials, Sheriffs, and client staffEfficiently utilise legal practice management systems and platformsPrepare and process billing, invoices, and legal cost tracking Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary in a Law firmStrong typing and dictation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Court Online, CaseLines, and other legal software (or willingness to learn)Experience working with financial institutions is advantageousExceptional organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesStrong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of foreclosure, insolvency, and general litigation is highly beneficial If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the necessary experience, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of this reputable firm!
