PB Liquor Merchants is seeking to appoint the services of a competitive Sales Representative who is passionate about wine, beers and spirit, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.Duties will include: *Market development *Plan sales calls, routes and servicing cycles to meet customers and promote products *Customer relationship management *Plan and coordinate product promotions & support supplier-initiated activation marketing campaigns *Plan and implement sales incentive programmes *Monitor & analyse sales performance trends *Report on results of campaigns, incentive programmes and sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement *Stock planning & control *Provide input to problem solving in the supply and distribution chain *all other duties related to the role.Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:• Matric, a relevant tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage;• Minimum 5 years' experience in liquor sales to the on-consumption market;• Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits categories and consumption preferences;• Proven track record in meeting customer growth and product sales targets;• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);• Drivers license and own reliable transport;• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (overtime and some weekends - festivals, etc.).Competitive remuneration package including performance incentives and employment benefits.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 26 February 2024.For general enquiries, contact our team at M3 Human Capital Management on 021 863 1444.Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted.
