Letting Agent

Description:

The primary function of this role is to accept new tenants into the organisation which includes, but is not limited to drafting and signing up leases for new tenants and attending to the appropriate storage of leases. This role also serves as back up for the Front Office Receptionist. Focus is placed on the appropriate recording of all tenant interaction.
Requirements:

Matric
Administrative experience is essential
Experience in leasing is a plus
Computer literacy is essential

Duties include: Signing up lease agreements, completing application forms, qualifying tenants, updating waiting lists, liaising with new tenants and other tasks as requested.
