Key Responsibilities

Strategy formulation and execution.
Manage a professional legal advisory team.
Applying of corporate governance.
Providing of compliance advice.
Performing of litigation management.
Manages client relationships and service level agreements (SLA’s).
Provides negotiation assistance
Assist business with the implementation of legislation.
Manages external legal advisors.
