Leasing Administrator

Responsibilities will include preparing necessary contracts and leases and any other documents that may be required, collating the signature of all leases and other documents, attending to all tenant FICA requirements for the Landlord and supply tenants / agents Landlord FICA where required, and collate vendor packs sent off to tenants.Requirements:Must have had previous experience with drafting new leases, resolutions, addendums and lease renewal addendumsMust understand rates, ops cost, insurance and other recoveries to be recorded in the leases and renewalsMust understand property uses, parking, GLA's and PQ's and general commercial, retail and industrial termsGood admin skills, neat, and highly organisedAbility to work well under pressureMust be proficient Microsoft applications, specifically Word and ExcelMDA property software experience would be preferred
