Job Title: Internal Learning and Development Facilitator Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of our employees across various departments within the company. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our workforce, ultimately contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications in learning and development methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with HR to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals. 2. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on a range of topics, including but not limited to leadership development, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance training. 3. Develop and customize training materials, resources, and assessments to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of employees. 4. Utilize various instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning outcomes, such as e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and multimedia resources. 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery methods. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure training content remains current and relevant. 7. Maintain accurate training records, track employee participation and progress, and generate reports for HR. 8. Administer certification programs and professional development initiatives to support employee career growth and advancement opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Proven experience as a Learning and Development Facilitator or Trainer, preferably in an internal training environment. 2. Certification in learning and development methodologies such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), or equivalent. 3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and training evaluation methods. 4. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization. 5. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other technology-enabled learning solutions. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 7. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assess training needs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions. 8. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing business needs, learner preferences, and emerging training trends.
