Job Description
Orb Diagnostics (Pty) Ltd are a medical and laboratories Supplies Company based in Northriding.
We are looking for a reliable Receptionist/Office Administrator.

Salary offered R 5000 to R8000 depending on skills offer
Responsibilities
They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and forwarding calls as necessary
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
Ensure that all filing is kept neat and up to date at all times
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements

Minimum of 2 or more years experience as a receptionist or in related field
High school diploma; Diploma/Certification in office administration or relevant field is advantageous
Competency in using Sage Pastel Accounting
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent time management, organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
