Ladle-Operator Assistant

Minimum task abilities:1. Assist and follow the instructions given from teemer man.2. Assist in taking the temperature in the ladle.3. Assist to filling the NFC in the Ladle.4. Assist in doing the block repairing in the hot ladle.5. Assist in doing Hot Patching of the ladle.6. Assist in fixing and removing the purging hose in the ladle.7. Assist in cleaning the slag in the ladle after casting.8. Assist in fixing and removing Slide Gate Cylinder in Ladle.9. Assist in removing the Hot Slide Plates and Nozzles from the hot ladle.10. Assist and follow the instruction for mixing the Mortor.11. Assist to apply the Morter in the Nozzles and Slide plates before setting.12. Assist in doing housekeeping in CCM.13. Assist in doing cleaning the waste material in CCM.Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational requirements, need to follow all the instruction given by supervisor, Shift Incharge and Department head.
