Laboratory Reporting Specialist

Required proven statistical capabilities and Excel proficiency. BASOS certification will be advantageous. Must be/become Technical Signatory, approved by SANAS (ISO 17025). The core business is focussed on soil, water, leaf and animal feed testing.Key Responsibilities:Retrieve, prepare and organize laboratory data efficiently for review and reportingReview quality of results as well as sending of laboratory reports (for leaves, organic material, and water)Responsible for all technical communication with clients (email, phone, visits and at trade shows)Responsible for relationship management of clients and act as a liaison between laboratory and client to ensure clientexpectations are met and addressed effectively
