IntroductionVERY URGENT Positions available at a newly commissioned Ambulatory Surgical centre in Lusail City, Qatar. Work in a destination which if one of the worlds next big hot spots, the host country of the FIFA World Cup 2022. The Hospital's workforce of more than 30,000 talented individuals includes more than 4,000 practicing physicians, among clinical and administrative staff, medical and science faculty, and medical students.PACKAGECompensation Package: Total Monthly (paid in Qatari Riyal):The total mount is distributed as follows:Basic Salary: Offered according to experience. Housing: QR 3500 per month housing allowance OR shared furnished accommodation providedTransportation: QR 1250 per month transportation allowance OR return transportation from the accommodation to place of work provided.Additional benefits offered: Annual leave: 30 calendar days per year. Public holidays: As per Qatar labor law.Flight tickets: Economy class ticket for the employee to home country. Medical Insurance: Comprehensive private medical insurance for the employee.End of service benefit. 3 Weeks of basic salary as per Qatar labor law.Notice period: 2 months (either side).Probation period: First 180 consecutive days of employment.The above listed benefits are governed by the employers code of conduct which is subject to change at the discretion of the employer. Additional information regarding the on-boarding and orientation program will be provided by the employers HR Department during the recruitment process. Contract packages are determined by the employer and at the sole discretion of the employer and not Global Medical Recruiting.Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION: (FULL TIME STUDIES ONLY)Bachelors Degree in related fieldPreferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Health Administration (MHA).MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years progressive managerial responsibilities.At least 2 years health care experience.Experience working within a clinical and outpatient environment.LICENSE:Not ApplicableLANGUAGE SKILLS:Fluent English speaker. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage although not essential.Gender:Males & Females required.
