Main purpose / objective of the position:Responsible for all aspects of the account including; Quality of service, Client satisfaction,Team leadership and development, Provision of industry insight and innovation in supportof the Client leadership team, Facilitating access to CBRE Excellerate's range of serviceofferings, commercial management of the account.All the functional lines dedicated to the account report to the Key Accounts Manager.Operational Delivery:Implementation, performance and compliance for all contracted services. Ensurethat the commercial framework for the contract is maintainedWork with account delivery teams and functional heads to improve processefficiency and reduce risk and cost to the Client & CBRE Excellerate alike.Develop and actively support cost optimization initiatives to deliver projected andtargeted savings in year.Ensure the smooth integration and performance of CBRE Excellerate accountingand financial reporting services dedicated to the client account, both with respectto client facing financial reporting and the integration of CBRE Excellerate internalfinancial P&L managementMaintain overall responsibility for team hiring, training, compensation, performancetracking and satisfaction of employeesCreate effective partnerships across the different functions and with other strategicpartners, driving an integrated and simplified approach to end-to-end servicedeliveryCommunication channel for the escalation and resolution of issues where theremay be challenges in resolving within the function for CBRE Excellerate and theClientContinuous ImprovementUnderstand the Client's business and operations to ensure that CBRE Excellerateservices dovetail seamlessly into the organisation. Identify where existing servicesor processes require re-engineering, or where the implementation of best practicecould deliver business benefits.Client Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain regular communication channels with the Client stakeholdersto support the consistent delivery. Maintain regular communication across CBREExcellerate functional teams to ensure service alignment with the Client's strategicagenda and providing the Client with insight and opportunities.Chair regular performance reviews (e.g. Strategic Supplier meetings) between theClient stakeholders and CBRE Excellerate, reviewing relevant operational metrics(including, relevant Service Levels, Customer Satisfaction, Value Add metrics),identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment between contract goalsand the Client strategic agenda.Thought LeadershipProvide access to the latest industry best practice and innovation, thoughtleadership and available benchmark data to assist the development and deliveryof their strategic initiatives and ongoing evolution. Facilitate access to CBREExcellerate's range of service offerings to support the Client's businesstransformation or cost reduction initiatives.Experience / Education:Advanced business knowledge, especially in the property industry and associatedfinancial markets backed-up by at least 10 years corporate real estate experience.Experience in client engagement is critical. Experience in managing people is essential,a business degree would be a strong recommendation.Imperative for strong financial experience with a strong background in analysing andreporting on financials.
