Details of the offer

Our client who imports, exports and distributes seafood products to various countries worldwide wants to appoint a Key Accounts Administrator at their plant in Montague Gardens. The successful candidate will provide administrator support to the Key Accounts Manager for them to manage the effective running of the sales department by achieving set targets without compromising of Food Safety or Quality.
A minimum of Matric/Grad 12 is required, while experience in a similar position will be advantageous as well as experience in SAP. At least 2 years’ sales administration related experience and seafood Industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Assist the National Key Account Manager to achieve set targets, maximum turnover sales profitability & growth within an assigned set of customer Key Accounts by effectively selling the company’s products on a daily and contractual basis; Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key Account customers to ensure they do not turn to competition; Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements; Expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives; and Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to Key Account customers in a timeously manner.
