Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service and will assist senior sales team members in reaching sales targets and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting senior sales team members in identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing support in the sales process, including preparing quotes, presentations, and proposals
- Handling customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer databases and generating sales reports
- Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
