Human Resources AdministratorIsandoJob Spec:Overall admin function within the HR department, contributing to the efficient operation of all human resource processes with a strong focus on the daily handling of the recruitment function.Description:•Organising, maintaining and filing of personnel records•Process and verify documents including but not limited to training, grievances, disciplinary hearings, performance reviews, exit interviews•Updating departmental organograms within the Company•Taking and capturing of minutes during meetings relative to HR•Ordering department stationery•Ordering of staff uniforms and administer the process•Facilitate the recruitment process including but not limited to typing and placing job ads, liaising with agencies when required, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, booking of meeting rooms, conducting background checks•Submit employee documentation to payroll timeously•Provide admin support to the HR Generalist•Meeting deadlines and tasks•Compile HR stats and ad hoc reporting•Participate in HR Initiative plans and organising thereof•Any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the HR GeneralistRequirements:•1-2 years' experience as a HR Administrator•Completed HR qualification•Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)Attributes:•High level of confidentiality•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal•Flexibility and willing to learn•Juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
