Junior Recruiter – Kempton Park (HR Administrator Role)Are you passionate about talent acquisition and HR administration?
We're looking for a Junior Recruiter based in Kempton Park with 1-2 years of in-house recruitment experience in the truck industry who wants to grow their career in HR.Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (main function)Assist with HR administrative tasks and reportingOrder staff uniforms and department stationerySupport HR fun initiatives and engagement activitiesCompile HR statistics and reportsProvide full admin support to the HR GeneralistRequirements:HR Certificate or Diploma 1-2 years' experience in in-house recruitment (truck industry experience essential)Basic computer skills (Excel beginner level)Strong ethics, reliability, and a proactive mindsetAbility to work efficiently under pressure.
