Job Description: Supporting tendering processes for HVAC projects Aiding in the management of monthly claim cycles Assisting with procurement processes, ensuring compliance with allowed rates Measuring and preparing cost documentation Reviewing contractual documents and project specifications Skills & Experience: Graduate to 3 years of experience Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel Ability to interpret and comprehend technical drawings Experience in HVAC and plumbing is a plus Possession of a valid driver's license Qualification: Bsc or BTech in Quantity Surveying Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
