E-COMMERCE JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER: Sportsmans Warehouse The Sportsmans Warehouse eCommerce team is responsible for the development of Sportsmans Warehouse websites & e-commerce stores and for all related e-commerce activity. We are looking for a dynamic Junior Product Manager who is passionate about e-commerce to join the team at our Head Office in Cape Town. Reporting to the eCommerce Product manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as you assist in developing the Sportsmans Warehouse e-commerce platform and develop the interfaces, features and functionality of a range of customer facing digital products. Key Role Responsibilities: · Directly involved in the design, improvement and evolution of the Sportsmans Warehouse e-commerce products and platform Involved in setting the product roadmap for a number of e-commerce products · Troubleshoot and provide resolution to Customer Care queries · Assist Marketing Department with any queries · Keep category page lifestyle imagery up to date and relevant · Ensure Category Administrator tasks are executed timeously and on the correct standard, including product image quality and product descriptions · Attend to daily operational tasks and requests · Compile performance reports · Assist with technical setups for Marketing Campaigns · Review systems regularly for relevancy and errors · Monitor promotional campaigns for accuracy · Monitor all content to make sure it is up to date · Assist and support the creation of operational plans by the Ecommerce Product Manager Skills Required: · Relevant tertiary qualification · One to two years of working experience in e-commerce or product management · Technical skills, a strong grasp of technology is essential; a good understanding of spreadsheets, databases, website design, search engine optimization · Ability to create new product enhancements / features specifications to be submitted for development · Manage the timeous delivery of roadmap development tasks · Decent understanding of UX and UI · Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain keen attention to detail Personal Attributes: · Passionate about User Experience · Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills · Strong administrative and planning skills · Ability to work independently and within a team · Deadline driven · Meticulous with attention to detail · Ability to work to tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Sportsmans Warehouse offers a competitive salary (based on experience) with pension, medical aid and other incentive benefits.
