Key Responsibilities: Assisting in Preparation: Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions to be filed in court.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and provide well-informed advice to senior attorneys.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Court Appearances: Represent clients in court under the guidance of senior attorneys, handling motions, hearings, and other appearances.
Case Management: Manage assigned cases effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized appropriately.

Requirements Requirements: Educational Qualification: LLB degree (qualified attorney) from a recognised university.
Admitted Attorney: Must be duly admitted as an attorney with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
Experience: Previous experience in a litigation role of between 3 - 5 years post admission as attorney is essential.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.
